Job summary

Modernistic is seeking a motivated B2B Outside Sales Representative to grow our commercial cleaning and restoration services in Michigan. You will build relationships, prospect new business, and close deals in a fast-paced territory.

The role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, a company vehicle, and comprehensive benefits. You will work Monday–Friday in-person, with an emphasis on pipeline development, CRM logging, and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience in commercial services or related industries is a plus.
• CRM experience is helpful.
• Strong communication and time-management skills required.
• Must have a valid Michigan driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with commercial clients in the assigned territory.
• Grow new business through proactive outreach, site visits, and prospecting.
• Develop existing accounts with proposals for cleaning and restoration services.
• Deliver prompt, professional communication throughout the sales cycle.
• Log activities in CRM and work with Operations for seamless execution.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
