Responsibilities

• Identify needs based on company size, workflow, and budget.
• Review promotional offerings, bundle options, and service upgrades.
• Gather customer information and assist in enrolling accounts.
• Maintain consistent follow-up communication for a smooth experience.
• Participate in weekly meetings and ongoing skill development.
