Rollins, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to drive growth across diverse industries. You’ll learn Orkin’s pest-control solutions, build trusted client relationships, and meet safety and regulatory standards while achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Sales or customer relationship management experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and meet safety standards.
• Win over customers with confident, caring explanations and build trusted relationships.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting and handling assigned leads.
• Use marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Inspect interiors and exteriors of commercial properties and report findings clearly.
• Prepare sales agreements using the iPad and stay organized with training provided.
