Job summary

Rollins, Inc. through the Orkin Commercial sales team seeks a results-oriented B2B Outside Sales Representative to grow our pest-control business with diverse commercial clients.

You’ll join a trusted brand with award-winning training, use an iPad to prepare proposals, and benefit from a base plus uncapped commission, a company vehicle after training, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required!! Sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and satisfy regulatory standards.
• Build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Use marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct inspections of the interior and exterior of the customer’s commercial property.
• Prepare sales agreements using the provided iPad and stay organized.
