Orkin is hiring an Outside Sales Rep in Houston to drive growth for commercial pest control solutions. You’ll understand our products and sell to a range of industries, building trusted relationships and delivering practical, effective pest management strategies.

The role emphasizes safety, professionalism, and a service mindset, with a competitive compensation package including a company vehicle and training. No industry experience required, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• No experience required; sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests, uphold quality and safety, and satisfy regulatory standards.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities; conduct yourself with utmost professionalism and integrity.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development and use the iPad to prepare sales agreements.
