Job summary

Orkin is seeking a motivated B2B Field Sales Representative to join its Commercial sales team. You will learn Orkin’s Pest Control solutions and sell to a variety of industries, building trusted relationships and driving new business at a competitive compensation plan.

You’ll leverage award-winning training, strong product knowledge, and a supportive team to achieve sales goals through prospecting, inspections, and effective solution recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing role required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Sales or customer relationship development/CRM experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients to protect their facilities from pests.
• Sales goals are achieved through prospecting new business and managing assigned leads.
• Conduct interior and exterior inspections and present practical, cost-effective pest solutions.
• Use provided tools (iPad) to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
• Embrace outreach, networking, and opportunities to generate new business.
