Qualifications

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience (uniform rental, industrial supply, etc.)
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Willingness to take coaching and feedback
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads across a defined territory through calls, networking, referrals and visits
• Conduct on-site assessments and presentations for programs
• Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements
• Maintain CRM with accurate client information and activity
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
• Collaborate with service and operations teams for onboarding
• Support compensation plan with base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonuses
