Job summary

U.S. Fall Protection, a leading provider of turnkey fall protection solutions, is seeking a seasoned business development professional who thrives on relationships.

You will work with an impressive portfolio of existing customers across facilities and business units to uncover opportunities, while selectively pursuing new accounts to accelerate growth. Based in the Florence, KY area, the role covers major cities within a 300-mile radius.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of successful sales experience; safety, construction, industrial, or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Willingness to travel and work around heights.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with building owners, facility managers, contractors, manufacturers, and other decision-makers.
• Develop territory plans, identify key influencers, and move opportunities efficiently from prospecting through close.
• Recommend appropriate fall protection products and services based on each customer’s needs.
• Generate new business through outreach, networking, marketing materials, social media, and consistent follow-up.
• Maintain accurate customer, activity, and opportunity information in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the General Manager, Estimators, Marketing, Technical Support, and other internal partners.
• Gather basic field measurements and project information needed for product-specific solutions.
