Job summary

3M is seeking a Fall Protection Sales Specialist for the Virginia territory to drive growth with key accounts and distributors. You will lead penetration efforts, deliver regional training, and support the sales team with Fall Protection initiatives.

In this role you will travel up to 25%, work with a broad range of customers, and represent a company vehicle program. A strong background in Fall Protection and related PPE is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher completed before start and seven years of Fall Protection experience in various sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with three years of Fall Protection experience in various sectors.
• Current, valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize key account Fall Protection opportunities in Virginia.
• Manage Fall Protection penetration within key end-user and distributor customers.
• Provide Fall Protection regional training and support using a demo truck.
