You will prospect, build relationships, negotiate terms, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence, with a clear path to branch management through a structured training program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years of B2B sales experience preferred.
• Experience managing a sales territory is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new B2B business through prospecting, referrals, and account development.
• Manage an assigned territory and maintain relationships with commercial customers.
• Meet with customers to understand equipment needs and recommend rental, lease, or sales solutions.
• Use a consultative approach to identify opportunities, present solutions, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Manage customer accounts, including credit and collection-related activities.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and monitor territory performance.
