Job summary

FM Life in the Columbus area is hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative to build a long-term career in professional sales. The role is full-time, on-site, and Monday–Friday with no regular nights or weekends, featuring structured field training and mentorship.

You’ll learn to develop business relationships, conduct client meetings, and manage a book of accounts while presenting voluntary workplace benefit options to local employers and employees.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Coachable, goal-oriented, and comfortable working with clients
• Organized with strong follow-through
• Able to work independently and contribute to a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to complete required state licensing
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, logistics, supervision, or sales can be helpful but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with local business owners and decision-makers
• Present voluntary workplace benefit options to employers and employees
• Develop new business relationships and support existing client accounts
• Manage appointments, follow-up, and daily sales activity
• Track client and pipeline activity using CRM tools
