FM Life in the Columbus area is hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative to build a long-term career in professional sales. The role is full-time, on-site, and Monday–Friday with no regular nights or weekends, featuring structured field training and mentorship.

You’ll learn to develop business relationships, conduct client meetings, and manage a book of accounts while presenting voluntary workplace benefit options to local employers and employees.

Qualifications

About the Role

FM Life is hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative in the Columbus area for someone ready to build a long-term career in professional sales.

This opportunity is a strong fit for candidates coming from retail, hospitality, logistics, warehouse, customer service, shift leadership, or other fast-paced environments who want to transition into a Monday–Friday business-to-business sales role.

No previous sales or industry experience is required. You will receive structured training, field mentorship, and ongoing coaching while learning how to develop business relationships, conduct client meetings, and manage a book of accounts.

Compensation

• Uncapped commissions + bonuses.
• Target First-Year Range: $47,600 - $89,100+. Depending on individual execution and production
