Clearwave Fiber is hiring experienced B2B telecom sales professionals who hunt, close, and grow a territory in Panama City. This is a true field-based, hunter role selling fiber-based internet and connectivity solutions to SMB and mid-market businesses.

If you’ve sold telecom before and live for the chase, you’ll feel at home. You’ll chase uncapped commission, real autonomy, and a product that wins, while prospecting, building a book of business, and owning your pipeline end to end.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B telecom/fiber, cable, wireless or related tech sales experience.
• Hunter mentality with self-direction and persistence.
• Comfort with cold outreach and prospecting.
• Strong communication for presenting, negotiating, and closing.
• CRM discipline: track numbers and manage pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Hunt, develop, and close new B2B accounts in Panama City.
• Sell fiber-based internet and connectivity solutions to SMB/mid-market customers.
• Act as trusted advisor from first contact through close and beyond.
• Manage pipeline, forecast, and keep deals moving in CRM.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive renewals and expansion.
