Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Facility Solutions Manager (FSM) for our Franchise location in Metro New Jersey. This role is pivotal in managing B2B accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

As an FSM, your responsibilities will include troubleshooting client requests, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and developing long-term client relationships. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and excellent communication skills. Benefits include PTO in the first year and a collaborative work culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in outside B2B account management.
• Track record of success in client retention with metrics to support.
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships.

• Ensure quality control inspections and client satisfaction.
