Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a competitive, goal‑oriented mindset.
• Comfort starting face‑to‑face conversations with business owners.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and active auto insurance.
• 18 years or older and able to work full‑time in the Waukegan area.
• No sales experience required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work an assigned territory in the greater Waukegan area visiting local businesses.
• Engage with owners and decision makers about energy benefits and fixed rates.
• Close sales on the spot and build your own book of business.
• Track your pipeline with guidance from a local sales manager.
