Universal Energy Solutions is hiring full-time Client Retention Representatives to join our Baltimore team, serving businesses throughout the Greater Baltimore area.

You'll work directly with business owners to review electricity and natural gas plans, present competitive options, and recommend solutions that fit each business's needs. The role emphasizes building long-term relationships and recurring renewals, with growth into leadership roles over time.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related sales experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable personal vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable meeting with business owners face-to-face.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with existing commercial customers.
• Meet face-to-face with local business owners and decision-makers.
• Review current electricity and natural gas supply plans.
• Help businesses identify opportunities to reduce energy costs.
• Recommend energy supplier options based on each customer's needs.
• Support customers through future renewals and ongoing energy needs.
• Develop new business opportunities between customer appointments.
• Build and grow your own portfolio of commercial accounts.
• Travel within an assigned territory (typically within a 30-mile radius).
