Multiview, a leading digital marketing company, is seeking an Email & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own email strategy and automated journey-building for association partners and B2B advertisers in Irving, TX. The role focuses on creating multi-step nurture programs, segmentation, and data-driven optimization to drive engagement, conversions, retention and revenue.

You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and client teams and bring hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in B2B email or lifecycle marketing.
• Hands-on with marketing automation integrated with CRM.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage automated nurture journeys.
• Strong analytics for measuring engagement and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end email lifecycle strategies for two audiences.
• Build, optimize, and maintain automated nurture programs.
• Design multi-step journeys guiding prospects through funnel.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and client teams.
• Monitor performance and drive data-driven improvements.
• Own reporting, KPI tracking, and pipeline impact.
• Ensure data quality and correct audience segmentation.
