Job summary

Cleaning in Motion is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to design, execute, and optimize B2B email campaigns that drive engagement and revenue for our clients. You will work with Instantly, Apollo, Smartlead, HubSpot, and GHL to build nurturing sequences and measure performance.

You should have at least one year of hands-on experience, deep knowledge of email platforms, and a knack for deliverability and testing.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven experience designing and executing B2B email marketing campaigns.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Strong knowledge of email platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, GHL) and automation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize email campaigns (nurture, outbound, reactivation).
• Create and manage sequences in Instantly, Apollo, Smartlead, HubSpot, and GHL.
• Apply best practices for deliverability, warming, sender reputation, and domains.
• Analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
