Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years in digital marketing, website management, or marketing communications.
• Strong hands-on WordPress website development and management experience.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.
• Experience supporting trade shows, events, and industrial B2B marketing activities.
• Experience with HubSpot Marketing is highly valued.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Ability to create and edit marketing materials across digital and print formats.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable marketing recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in industrial/ Environmental/ Manufacturing/ Engineering/ Energy/ Technical B2B sectors is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve Tradebe's U.S. website, including WordPress administration and SEO.
• Develop, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Monitor and analyze digital performance using GA4, GTM, Search Console, and CRM platforms.
• Create marketing dashboards, KPIs, and campaign reporting with actionable insights.
• Create and manage content for the company website, blog, and email campaigns.
• Develop marketing content for industrial and technical B2B audiences (case studies, brochures, presentations, infographics).
• Collaborate with Business Development, Sales, Operations to translate customer needs into messaging.
• Support planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, events, and webinars.
• Own and manage the Online Store and internal employee ordering processes.
• Manage marketing budget and procurement for online orders and promotional items.
• Create and manage paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
