Job summary

Tradebe Environmental Services is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist in the United States to own digital initiatives, drive brand awareness, and generate leads for industrial B2B solutions.

You will manage the US website on WordPress, run campaigns across email, search, social, and display, and translate analytics into actionable insights. You’ll create marketing content for technical audiences and collaborate with operations and sales.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or marketing communications.
  • Hands-on experience managing WordPress websites and familiarity with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics 4, along with CRM or marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience in managing Hubspot Marketing will be highly valued.
  • Strong content creation and graphic design skills, including experience with Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience translating technical information for B2B audiences. Experience in industrial, environmental, manufacturing, engineering, energy, or other technical sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and improve Tradebe's U.S. website (WordPress) and SEO.
  • Develop and optimize digital marketing campaigns across email, search, social, and display.
  • Monitor digital performance using GA4, GTM, Search Console, CRM and marketing tools.
  • Create marketing dashboards and report campaign performance with insights.
  • Develop marketing content for industrial and technical B2B audiences.
  • Plan and support trade shows, events, webinars and related logistics.
  • Own and manage the Online Store and internal ordering workflows.
  • Oversee the marketing budget and procurement processes.
  • Create paid campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

Digital Marketing Specialist

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of digital initiatives, turn data into actionable insights, and make complex industrial and environmental solutions easy to understand.

The position will play a key role in advancing Tradebe's digital marketing capabilities while promoting our "Sustainability at Work" story and broader sustainability initiatives.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and continuously improve Tradebe's U.S. website, including WordPress administration, content updates, UX improvements, SEO, website performance, and coordination with external web development partners as needed.
  • Develop, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across email, search, social media, and display channels to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support commercial objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze digital performance using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards, KPIs, and campaign performance reporting, translating data into actionable recommendations and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create and manage content for the company website, blog, and email campaigns.
  • Develop marketing content tailored to industrial and technical B2B audiences, including case studies, brochures, presentations, infographics, and other digital and print collateral.
  • Partner with Business Development, Sales, Operations, and subject matter experts to understand customer needs and technical solutions and translate them into clear, compelling marketing messages.
  • Support the planning and execution of trade shows, industry conferences, customer events, and webinars, including logistics, promotional materials, digital promotion, lead capture, and post-event reporting.
  • Own and manage the Online Store and internal employee ordering requests, approval workflow, fulfillment, and distribution of marketing apparel, swag, items for special customer requests, and events.
  • Monitor, adhere to, and enforce and maintain the Marketing budget set by the EVP of Commercial and Business Operations for processing all online orders, purchase requisitions, payments, and guidelines for all marketing collateral, including trade show event items, including the upkeep and inventory maintenance of all marketing items such as trade show banners, tables, posters.
  • Create and manage paid digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, with responsibility for targeting, execution, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Do you have what it takes?

The annual salary for this position ranges from $65,000-$80,000/year depending on factors such as your location, experience, skills, and qualifications. Please note that the top end of the range is not guaranteed. This range is provided to offer transparency and should not be interpreted as a guaranteed offer. Final compensation will be determined through a thoughtful assessment of your background and fit for the role.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for bonus potential, in line with our company’s bonus policies.
