Job summary

CoStar Group, Inc. is hiring a Sales Associate for Apartments.com in Denver. You will engage clients through in-person visits and presentations, advising on and selling digital marketing solutions to reach multifamily audiences.

You will grow revenue by prospecting new clients and expanding existing accounts, learning marketable skills in digital marketing while collaborating with product and marketing teams to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of outside sales in a B2B environment, preferably in digital marketing or advertising sales; or equivalent experience in Multifamily.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment.
• A track record of commitment to prior employers.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities using market data to upsell and renew current customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients as trusted advisors to their marketing plan.
• Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies and multifamily real estate trends for your market territory.
• Partner with colleagues across teams to drive sales revenue and provide exceptional customer service.
• Communicate value through regular, data-driven updates and market insights to help clients achieve goals.
