Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review orders for accuracy prior to placement.
• Process orders, samples, return goods and credit requests.
• Resolve customer order inquiries regarding pricing, delivery status, etc.
• Provide pricing information as required; calculations may be needed.
• Coordinate customer requirements with operations, shipping and sales staff.
• Assist with quotations; perform other duties as assigned.
