Schattdecor Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to serve as the primary contact for business customers throughout the ordering process.

You will handle purchase orders, shipping documents, order tracking, and delivery updates in collaboration with the sales team. The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong time management, excels in fast-paced environments, and delivers impeccable service with exceptional verbal and written communication, using SAP, CRM, and Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, B2B preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Exceptional time management and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders and coordinate with sales and manufacturing teams.
• Prepare and review shipping documents; track orders and notify customers of delivery status.
• Maintain customer data and price lists in CRM and SAP systems.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with logistics to schedule shipments and manage forecasts.
