Job summary
Allianz Trade is seeking a Customer Service Partner to manage a broad portfolio of policies and resolve client inquiries across channels. You will liaise with Agents and internal teams to ensure accurate renewal changes, new business input, and meticulous CRM records.
The role requires strong English and French communication, prior customer service in a B2B setting, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and CRM systems. A college degree and insurance knowledge are advantageous.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of customer service experience in a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and similar software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to assimilate and apply information from multiple functions.
- Fluent in English and French for cross-Canada communications.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing a large portfolio of policies, including renewal changes and policy distribution.
- Respond to standard customer requests by phone or email on various topics across core functions.
- Collaborate with Agents to expedite new business input.
- Maintain integrity of System Contacts for the portfolio in CRM.
- Document interactions with clients in CRM and ticketing systems.
- Identify process improvements to boost retention and new business production.
