Job summary

Trucordia, a growing insurance brokerage, is seeking a bilingual Client Service Associate in Baton Rouge. You will manage new and renewal accounts, maintain carrier relationships, and support producers with servicing duties across Property & Casualty and Life & Health lines.

The role requires 1–2 years in insurance or customer service, an active P&C or L&H license, and solid communication skills. AMS360 experience is a plus. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bilingual ability in English and Spanish required.
• 1–2 years in insurance, customer service, or related field preferred.
• Active P&C and/or L&H license in good standing required.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with AMS360 or similar agency management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients with prompt, professional service.
• Manage placement of new and renewal accounts with carrier partners across P&C and Life & Health lines; assist with underwriting information and submissions.
• Maintain carrier relationships to secure quotes and solutions for clients.
• Ensure renewal/retention of accounts through proactive service and accurate records in AMS360.
• Collaborate with Producers and Senior Client Managers to support client needs; handle policy changes and endorsements efficiently.
