Job summary

Orgill is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to act as a primary liaison with customers, sales representatives, vendors, and Distribution Centers. You will resolve inquiries, manage order-related concerns, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.

The role requires independent judgment to research issues, determine resolutions, and escalate complex matters to maintain service excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of customer service or related experience.
• Experience using CRM software and order-management systems.
• Experience in wholesale distribution or B2B environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and other channels with timely, accurate responses.
• Investigate and resolve order issues, pricing, shipping, returns, and related service concerns.
• Process and monitor orders, track shipments, and communicate status updates.
• Maintain knowledge of Orgill’s products, policies, and procedures.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in Salesforce or designated systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, DCs, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Escalate complex matters per guidelines and ensure timely follow-up.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality and processes.
