Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; 5+ years may substitute.
• 3+ years B2B customer service experience.
• 3+ years experience with an ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Provides sales and customer support for assigned customers.
• Builds and maintains relationships to promote customer loyalty.
• Coordinates order scheduling, delivery, and invoicing.
• Resolves customer concerns and coordinates with internal teams.
• Documents issues and tracks shipment status.
• Ensures proper order confirmation and shipping docs.
• Updates forecasts and plans as needed.
• Supports supply chain improvement initiatives.
