Job summary

Voyant Beauty seeks a Customer Service Manager to lead the B2B support team and ensure exceptional service across orders, including EDI vs manual entry. You will collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Finance and Operations to resolve issues, improve processes, and maintain SOPs.

Experience with ERP/EDI and KPI reporting is preferred. You will mentor staff, manage escalations, and support system transitions and promotions while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction in a manufacturing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, communications, supply chain or related field preferred.
4–6 years in manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution settings.
1–3 years managing direct reports and performance metrics.
1–3 years with order processing and data management systems; EDI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily customer service operations and drive a customer-first culture.
Oversee order processing via EDI and manual entry; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Act as primary contact for top accounts; manage complex escalations.
Partner with Sales, Operations, Logistics, Finance, Quality, IT to align priorities.
Identify process improvements and generate service level reports and KPIs.
Lead onboarding and training for new customer service hires.
