Job summary

Borboleta Beauty is seeking an Operations Coordinator to own day-to-day system upkeep, data integrity, and order fulfillment. You will audit ERP inputs, coordinate QC and inventory, and work with logistics to prevent bottlenecks while maintaining high product standards.

In this role you will build and document new processes, collaborate with the Sr. Operations Manager and cross-functional teams, and drive operational efficiency in a fast-growing beauty brand.

Qualifications

• Requires strong analytical skills to maintain data integrity and support process improvements.
• Excellent cross-functional communication for collaboration with sales, customer service and logistics.
• Experience coordinating orders, inventory and logistics in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service mindset with problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.
• Administrative support skills including accurate data entry and document organization.

Responsibilities

• Audit ERP data daily including cancelled orders and received data.
• Verify purchases against POs, packing lists and carrier docs; fix discrepancies.
• Monitor order flow across channels and resolve challenges with sales/3PL.
• Coordinate QC and ensure batch numbers and expiry dates are documented.
• Support cycle counts, inventory adjustments and year-end inventory prep.
