Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Benefits Operations Associate to resolve EDI process and system issues, collaborating with clients, carriers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate EDI implementations.

You will own end-to-end issue resolution, perform root-cause analysis, and drive process improvements with R&D and other stakeholders. Strong communication and project-management skills are essential; prior SaaS/startup experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a customer-facing operational role (implementation/support/EDI/SAAS) with US benefits experience.
• Knowledge of EDI/API configurations and setups.
• Strong written and verbal communication; excellent time management and execution.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for clients, carriers, and internal partners to resolve end-to-end EDI implementation issues.
• Root cause complex issues and partner with R&D to implement process/automation enhancements.
• Communicate status to stakeholders throughout cases and manage escalations.
