Job summary

Koch Business Solutions, LP is seeking a Customer Integration Specialist to join KBX Technology Solutions. You will lead B2B integration efforts, work with customer tech teams, and ensure data accuracy across REST/JSON/XML/EDI interfaces.

You’ll document processes, develop user stories, and travel up to 10% as needed to align with platform teams. The role requires experience in customer integrations, strong communication, and familiarity with Dev/Ops tools and modern tech standards.

Qualifications

Experience in customer integration or implementations.
Experience with APIs, REST, JSON, XML, or EDI.
Experience gathering and documenting business, process, data, or technical requirements.
Experience creating process maps, workflow diagrams, or business documentation.
Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
Experience supporting testing activities including integration, system, or UAT testing.

Responsibilities

Lead customer integration initiatives and coordinate with external/internal customers and tech teams.
Collaborate with customer technical teams to understand integration requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct integration mapping and testing to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Serve as subject matter expert for B2B integrations to guide customers and teams.
Identify and troubleshoot integration challenges with product teams to find solutions.
Provide clear communication to customers throughout the integration process.
Develop user stories, participate in standups, and refine backlog for clear requirements.
Document integration components, processes, and procedures for consistency.
Utilize Dev/Ops and other tools to track and manage integration progress.
Leverage tools like Postman, Lucid, and others in the integration process.
Develop current and future state process flows with customers, developers, and platform teams.
Travel approximately 10% may be required.
