Job summary

Koch's KBX Technology Solutions is seeking a Customer Integration Specialist to drive B2B integrations, coordinate with customer tech teams, and guide internal teams through implementation and testing. You will map integrations, ensure data accuracy, and develop clear requirements and user stories.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer integration or customer implementations.
• Experience with APIs, REST, JSON, XML, or EDI data exchange.
• Experience gathering and documenting business, process, data, or technical requirements.
• Experience creating process maps, workflows, or business documentation.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
• Experience supporting testing activities (integration, system, or UAT).
• Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, Postman, Lucidchart or Visio.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer integration initiatives and coordinate with external/internal customers and internal tech teams.
• Collaborate with customer technical teams to understand integration requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct integration mapping and testing to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Act as a subject matter expert for B2B customer integrations and provide guidance to customers and teams.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical integration challenges and collaborate with product teams for solutions.
• Provide clear, consistent communication to customers throughout the integration process.
• Develop user stories and participate in backlog refinement to define and prioritize requirements.
• Document integration components, processes, and procedures for clarity and consistency.
• Utilize Dev/Ops and other tools to track and manage integration progress.
• Leverage tools like Postman, Lucid, etc. in the integration process.
• Develop current and future state process flows with customers, developers and platform teams.
• Travel 10% expected.
