Job summary

KBX Logistics, a Koch company, seeks a Customer Integration Specialist to drive B2B integration initiatives. You will coordinate with external and internal teams, map and test integrations, and ensure data accuracy while delivering excellent customer service.

Join a global logistics and technology-driven team with strong collaboration across platforms and stakeholders. 10% travel is expected; this role is based in Green Bay, WI.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer integration or customer implementations.
• Experience working with APIs, REST services, JSON, XML, EDI, or other data exchange technologies.
• Experience gathering and documenting business, process, data, or technical requirements.
• Experience creating process maps, workflow diagrams, or business documentation.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
• Experience supporting testing activities, including integration testing, system testing, or UAT.
• Experience using Azure DevOps or Jira or Postman or Lucidchart or Visio.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer integration initiatives and coordinate with customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with customer technical teams to understand integration requirements and provide solutions.
• Conduct integration mapping and testing to ensure data accuracy.
• Act as a subject matter expert for B2B integrations and support teams.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical integration challenges with product teams.
• Provide clear communication to customers throughout the process.
• Develop user stories and participate in standups and backlog refinement.
• Document integration components and processes for clarity.
• Utilize Dev/Ops and tools to track and manage progress.
• Leverage tools like Postman, Lucid, etc. in integration workflows.
• Develop current and future state process flows with customers and teams.
• Travel 10% expected.
