Job summary

KBX Technology Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Customer Integration Specialist to join our B2B team. You will lead integration initiatives, collaborate with customer technical teams, and map and test integrations to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

This role requires strong problem-solving and communication skills, with up to 10% travel and collaboration across product and platform teams to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer integration projects.
• Experience with APIs, REST services, JSON, XML, EDI or other data exchange technologies.
• Experience gathering and documenting business, process, data, or technical requirements.
• Experience creating process maps, workflow diagrams, or business documentation.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
• Experience supporting testing activities, including integration testing, system testing, or user acceptance testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer integration initiatives, coordinating with external/internal customers and internal tech teams.
• Collaborate with customer technical teams to understand integration requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct integration mapping and perform integration testing to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Act as subject matter expert for B2B customer integrations and provide guidance.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical integration challenges with product teams to find solutions.
• Provide clear and consistent communication to customers throughout the integration process.
• Develop user stories, participate in daily standups, and assist in backlog refinement to ensure clear requirements.
• Document integration components, processes, and procedures for clarity and consistency.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detailed-oriented Customer Integration Specialist to join our B2B Team within KBX Technology Solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of application integration principles, exceptional problem-solving skills, and experience collaborating with external and internal customers.The ideal candidate should communicate well, be a proactive problem-solver, and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

What You Will Do

• Lead customer integration initiatives. This includes setting customer expectations and coordinating integration activities with external/Internal customers and internal tech teams.
• Collaborate with customer technical teams to understand their integration requirements and provide tailored integration solutions to our KBX Modern Technology Standards.
• Conduct integration mapping and perform integration testing on files to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Act as a subject matter expert for B2B customer integrations, providing guidance and support to customers and internal teams.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical integration challenges. Collaborate with B2B and KBX Product Teams to find effective solutions.
• Provide clear and consistent communication to customers throughout the integration process.
• Develop user stories, participate in daily standups, and collaborate in backlog refinement sessions to ensure requirements are clearly defined and prioritized
• Document integration components, processes, and procedures to ensure clarity and consistency with internal and external customers.
• Utilize Dev/Ops and other tools to accurately track and manageintegration progress.
• Leverage various tools in the integration process, i.e.Postman. Lucid, etc
• Develop customer current and future state process flows in collaboration with Customers, Developers and Platform Teams
• Travel 10% expected

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience in customer integration or customer implementations
• Experience working with APIs, REST services, JSON, XML, EDI, or other data exchange technologies.
• Experience gathering and documenting business, process, data, or technical requirements
• Experience creating process maps, workflow diagrams, or business documentation.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
• Experience supporting testing activities, including integration testing, system testing, or user acceptance testing.
• Experience using Azure DevOps or Jira or Postman or Lucidchart or Visio
