Job summary

KBX Logistics, a Koch company and global leader in transportation, seeks a Customer Integration Specialist for its B2B team. You will lead customer integration efforts, collaborate with technical teams, and map/test integrations to ensure data accuracy and reliable connectivity across our TMS capabilities.

Ideal candidates will have APIs, JSON/XML/EDI experience, and strong documentation skills. Travel approximately 10% is expected.

Qualifications

Experience in customer integration or customer implementations.
Experience working with APIs, REST services, JSON, XML, EDI, or other data exchange technologies.
Experience gathering and documenting business, process, data, or technical requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead customer integration initiatives, coordinating with external/internal customers and internal tech teams.
Collaborate with customer technical teams to understand integration requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct integration mapping and testing to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Act as a subject matter expert for B2B customer integrations and provide guidance.
Identify and troubleshoot technical integration challenges and collaborate with product teams.
Provide clear and consistent communication to customers throughout the process.
Develop user stories, participate in standups, and aid backlog refinement.
Document integration components, processes and procedures for clarity.
