Job summary

KBX Technology Solutions seeks a Customer Integration Specialist to drive B2B integrations with customers and internal teams, shaping requirements, mapping data, and testing to ensure seamless connectivity to our global TMS capabilities.

You will lead integration initiatives, write user stories, document processes, and collaborate with Product Teams. Travel up to 10% is expected, with strong problem-solving and customer service focus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer integration or customer implementations.
• Experience with APIs, REST, JSON, XML, or EDI.
• Experience gathering and documenting business, process, data, or technical requirements.
• Experience creating process maps, workflow diagrams, or business documentation.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
• Experience supporting testing activities, including integration, system, or UAT testing.
• Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, Postman, Lucidchart, or Visio.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer integration initiatives, coordinating with external/internal customers and internal tech teams.
• Collaborate with customer technical teams to understand integration requirements and provide solutions.
• Conduct integration mapping and testing to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Serve as subject matter expert for B2B integrations, guiding customers and internal teams.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical integration challenges with B2B and Product teams.
• Provide clear, consistent communication to customers throughout the integration process.
• Develop user stories, participate in standups, and refine the backlog to define requirements.
• Document integration components, processes, and procedures for clarity with customers.
• Utilize Dev/Ops and other tools to track and manage integration progress.
• Leverage tools like Postman, Lucidchart, etc., in the integration process.
• Develop current and future state process flows with customers, developers, and platform teams.
• Travel 10% expected.
