Job summary

Triad-Technologies-LL in Maumee, OH is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to deliver high-quality service across order entry, quoting, pricing inquiries, and issue resolution. You will collaborate with Sales, Technical Support, and Operations to maintain a seamless customer experience in line with Triad’s standards.

You will respond promptly to calls, emails, chats, and manage orders, returns, and credits using P21 and Zendesk, while building strong relationships and keeping records

Qualifications

Requires high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree optional.
Experience in customer service within distribution, industrial, or B2B environments preferred.
Strong communication, written and spoken, with professional phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

Respond to customers via phone, email, live chat, and other channels with timely, accurate support.
Process orders, quotes, returns, and credit requests following Triad guidelines.
Provide product information, availability, and pricing using P21 and Zendesk; collaborate with Sales/Tech Support/Operations.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and order status, updating customers proactively.
