Job summary

sw-technologies-inc in Union City, CA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Commercial Operations Team on-site. You will interact with customers, sales, logistics, and other departments, manage data entry and customer records, and help ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

You will handle orders, respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, provide pricing and delivery details, maintain Salesforce records, and collaborate with sales to meet service targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of B2B customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Must work well in a team and communicate professionally.
• Experience with ERP order processing and data gathering (NetSuite preferred).

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers via phone, email and in person to provide overall customer satisfaction.
• Accurate and timely processing of customer orders to ensure satisfaction.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product, service and account.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Record details of customer interactions in Salesforce for future reference by the CS Department or other departments.
