Samsung Electronics America seeks a Senior Manager of B2B CRM & Marketing Automation to lead digital customer engagement, marketing automation, and lead management. You will architect the digital demand journey, connect media, content, web experiences, and sales activation into a cohesive growth engine.

You will partner with Sales, Integrated Marketing, Digital, and Analytics to design scalable customer journeys, nurture programs, and AI-enabled experiences, shaping future B2B growth across SEA.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience across B2B marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, demand generation, or related disciplines.
• Experience with enterprise CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of segmentation, lead scoring, nurture strategy, and funnel measurement.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve the B2B CRM and marketing automation strategy across the customer engagement journey.
• Develop scalable lifecycle and nurture strategies aligned to customer needs, buying stages, and sales motions.
• Build segmentation, personalization, and next-best-action approaches that increase customer relevance.
• Identify gaps and opportunities across the customer journey and translate them into actionable programs and technology improvements.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Analytics, Technology, and Product Marketing.
