Job summary

Samsung Electronics America seeks a Director CRM to guide governance of the SEA CRM COE. You will establish best practices, set targets, and drive retention & growth across email, SMS, Push and other channels.

Lead cross-functional teams, shape CRM strategy, and ensure alignment with business goals. You will leverage AI for automated decisioning and content generation, while reporting performance, roadmaps, and improvements to Marketing leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of Digital Marketing including CRM Marketing.
• MBA degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CRM Governance team responsible for coordinated campaigns across SEA.
• Drive CRM file retention and growth across marketing channels like email, SMS, Push.
• Conceive initiatives to improve CRM performance using AI for decisioning, content generation and auditing.
• Provide thought-leadership with analyses of the SEA CRM program and industry trends.
• Set expectations for annual CRM targets with business teams and guide gap closures.
• Establish criteria for Best Practices and ensure proper testing methodology.
• Develop a new B2B CRM COE including governance and planning processes.
