Job summary

Tecta America Zero Company, based in Cincinnati, OH, seeks a Commercial Roofing Service Sales Representative to drive business development for preventive maintenance contracts. You will target new and existing clients, build a portfolio through self-generated leads, and manage a long sales cycle with coordination from the Sales Manager.

The role requires 3–5 years in roofing or related sales, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, and the ability to travel locally up to 80%.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years sales experience in roofing, construction or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in sales with a strong record of achievement.
• Ability to build client relationships over a long sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Prospect via calls, emails, referrals and networking.
• Set sales appointments with key decision makers at prospective clients.
• Develop long-term relationships and manage a multi-month to 18-month sales cycle.
• Prepare proposals and reports for clients; maintain CRM records.
• Collaborate with Service Manager to generate additional leads and close deals.
