Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years sales experience in roofing or construction.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to travel locally up to 80%.
• Proven ability to build client relationships with integrity and trust.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Prospect via cold calls, emails, door-to-door calls, networking and referrals.
• Set sales appointments with key decision makers at prospective client companies.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients over extended sales cycles.
• Present clients with appropriate solutions and assemble proposals/reports.
• Submit all contacts and documentation in a timely manner and maintain CRM activity.
• Collaborate with Service Manager to generate leads and close deals.
• Manage service projects won through your efforts.
• Travel locally up to 80%.
