Job summary

Tecta America, Glen Rock, PA, is seeking a Service Sales Representative for its Glen Rock office. You will drive business development for preventive maintenance service contracts, selling to new and existing clients and scheduling appointments in a B2B setting within an 18-month sales cycle.

You will report to the Service Manager and build a portfolio through prospecting and referrals. Responsibilities include prospecting, setting appointments with decision makers, presenting solutions,

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years sales experience in roofing, construction or related field.
• Ability to manage/qualify leads and close business via direct contact or phone.
• Proven ability to develop relationships with integrity and trust.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications including SharePoint and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Prospect via cold calls, emails, door-to-door calls, networking and referrals.
• Set sales appointments with key decision makers at prospective client companies.
• Establish rapport and develop long-term relationships with clients over the sales cycle.
• Present clients with suitable solutions and assemble proposals for clients.
• Submit contacts and documentation in a timely manner and maintain CRM records.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager to generate additional leads and referrals.
• Close deals and manage service projects won through your efforts.
