Job summary

Tecta America East in Glen Rock PA is seeking a Service Sales Representative to drive the preventive maintenance service contract business. You will sell to new and existing clients and schedule appointments via self-generated leads.

In a B2B role, you will cover an assigned territory, build a portfolio of accounts through referrals, and operate within an extended sales cycle that can last up to 18 months.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years sales experience in roofing, construction or related field.
• Ability to manage/qualify leads and close business through direct contact or over the phone.
• Excellent track record in developing relationships with a high degree of integrity and trust.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications including SharePoint and CRM.
• Ability to travel locally out of the office 80% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Prospect via cold calls, emails, door-to-door calls, networking and referrals.
• Set sales appointments with key decision makers at prospective client companies.
• Establish rapport and develop long-term business relationships with clients over the course of an extended sales cycle.
• Partner with clients to establish their needs and present solutions.
• Assemble proposals and reports for clients and maintain sales activity in the CRM.
• Follow up with clients to ensure expectations are met and to obtain referrals.
• Coordinate with the service manager to develop sales strategies and close deals.
