Global Payments is seeking a Collections Advisor (B2B) to join our Finance Shared Services team in Cincinnati. You will resolve past-due accounts via calls and emails, monitor balances, and provide billing support, while maintaining accurate records and contributing to team success.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED with strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce experience, and familiarity with billing/collections software.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to resolve past-due accounts via calls, emails, and outreach.
• Monitor outstanding balances and help customers bring accounts up to date.
• Assist with billing and settlement questions with timely resolution.
• Track and share updates on account statuses and payment progress.
• Partner with teammates and support other accounting activities as needed.
• Manage priorities and balance multiple tasks to support the team.
