Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Collections Advisor (B2B) to join our Finance Shared Services team in Cincinnati.

You will engage with customers by phone and email to resolve past-due accounts, monitor balances, and support billing questions while maintaining accurate records and contributing to process improvements. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, B2B experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• B2B experience desired or preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Experience with billing/collections software is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers to resolve past-due accounts via calls, email, and other outreach.
• Monitor outstanding balances and help customers bring accounts current.
• Assist with billing questions and provide timely resolutions.
• Record payment activity and account updates in systems and reports.
• Collaborate with teammates and support other accounting tasks as needed.
• Manage daily priorities and contribute to team success.
