Earn $500 for every qualified, completed appointment. The role emphasizes a confident phone voice, persistence, and the ability to handle high-volume outbound calls in a fast-paced B2B environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume cold calling or B2B sales.
• Ability to qualify prospects quickly and accurately.
• Comfort handling objections and scheduling meetings.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to business owners, property managers and facility managers using provided lead lists or by searching a portal.
• Explain the free LED lighting retrofit program in simple terms and qualify each prospect.
• Set appointments with customers who are ready to meet our manager.
• Follow up with interested prospects and log each call and outcome.
• Meet daily and weekly call and appointment targets.
