Priceless Resource Consulting Group is looking for a motivated cold-calling salesperson to offer business owners and property managers a free energy program: installation of retrofit LED lighting at no cost to the customer.

What you will do:

• Make outbound calls to business owners, property managers and facility managers using lead lists we provide, or by looking up leads in our portal
• Explain the free lighting retrofit program in simple terms and qualify each prospect (type of building, current lighting, decision maker)
• Set appointments with customers who are ready to meet and hear what our manager has to offer
• Follow up with interested prospects and log every call and outcome
• Meet daily and weekly call and appointment targets

What we are looking for:

• Clear, confident phone voice and comfort with high-volume cold calling
• Cold calling or B2B sales experience preferred (energy, lighting or solar a plus)
• Persistent, organized, and handles rejection well
• Basic computer skills (spreadsheets / CRM)
• Reliable schedule and a quiet workspace

A qualifying appointment means:

• You have successfully connected with an interested business owner or authorized decision-maker.
• The prospect has been qualified and expressed genuine interest in the LED lighting retrofit program.
• An appointment has been scheduled, and the prospect is prepared to meet with our manager to discuss the opportunity.
