Arrow Service Team in Dickinson, ND is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to drive growth for our restoration services. You will connect with local businesses, insurance adjusters, property managers, and community partners to build lasting relationships and position Arrow as their trusted partner.

This full-time role combines field and office work, with flexibility for evenings and weekends to support events.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in business-to-business sales or relationship-based sales.
• Outgoing, personable, and confident in building relationships with new clients and key decision-makers.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Associate degree in Marketing/Communications preferred; alternatively, a high school diploma or equivalent with relevant sales, marketing, or business development experience.
• Valid driver’s license required, with the ability to travel locally for client meetings, presentations, and networking events.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing client base while identifying and developing new business opportunities across sectors such as property management, retail, restaurants, and large commercial organizations.
• Build relationships with business owners and key decision-makers to understand needs and present Arrow Service Team’s restoration services and solutions.
• Develop and implement strategic outreach initiatives to generate new leads, strengthen existing client relationships, and expand Arrow Service Team’s presence in key markets.
• Manage your schedule with client presentations, after-hours networking events, and community engagement opportunities.
• Utilize CRM software to track contacts, leads, sales activities, and business development opportunities.
• Represent Arrow Service Team at networking events, trade shows, and community activities.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and opportunities within the local market.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events and activities.
• Complete comprehensive initial training and ongoing online training to ensure proficiency with the DASH CRM platform.
