Job summary

Arrow Service Team, North Dakota’s leading restoration contractor, is seeking an organized Project Manager to lead residential and commercial restoration projects from start to finish. You’ll meet with customers, assess needs, and craft scopes, schedules, and timelines while coordinating staff, subcontractors, and vendors.

The role emphasizes leadership, strong communication, problem solving, and managing multiple projects with quality and safety at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration, construction, remodeling, or homebuilding preferred (training available for the right candidate).
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience managing schedules, subcontractors, and multiple projects.
• Comfortable using technology and digital documentation.
• Valid driver's license required.

We're looking for an organized, customer-focused Project Manager to lead reconstruction projects from start to finish. Paid training may begin in Bismarck, ND before transitioning to Dickinson, ND. Hotel accommodations and a nightly per diem are provided during training.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, typically 7:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Additional hours may be required based on project needs.
• Rotating after-hours on-call schedule with additional compensation.
